We are working in partnership with an ambitious charitable trust responsible for the regeneration of one of the UKs most significant historic estates. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a nationally important heritage site.

You will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious fundraising strategy, driving income growth, building high-value partnerships, and supporting the long-term sustainability of this landmark project.

The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Development Manager to lead and deliver an ambitious fundraising and income generation strategy. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in growing and diversifying income streams, strengthening relationships with existing supporters, and building new partnerships across corporate, public and philanthropic sectors.
