Hours Mon-Thurs: 7.30 am until 4.30 pm and Friday: 7.30 am until 1 pm
Our client is looking to recruit for a fully skilled CNC Turner Programmer/setter/Operator for a busy, well-established precision sub-contract machine shop with a wide range of parts from 1 offs to batch work. There is varied work across several engineering sectors in a wide range of materials.
Turning Duties include:
- Working on Doosan/Puma lathes using Fanuc System
- Must be able to program from drawings at the machine
- Be able to work as part of a small team inspecting own work and that of others
- Must be prepared to set several machines during a shift
- The ability to provide a high standard of work
- Parts from 5mm up to 500mm diameter
- In addition, experience of manual turning would be advantageous
