About us:

We are an established and growing building services provider specialising in insurance repairs, property restoration and maintenance works across Norfolk and Suffolk. We manage a wide range of domestic repair projects, coordinating customers, trades and suppliers to ensure works are organised efficiently and completed to a high standard. Our projects can involve a number of different trades and stages of work, so good communication, organisation and attention to detail are essential to keeping everything moving.

As our workload continues to grow, we are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team based at our Rackheath office.

About the role:

Working alongside our project management and operations teams, you will help coordinate repair and restoration projects from initial instruction through to completion. This is a varied position combining project coordination, administration, scheduling and customer communication. You will help make sure the right trades are in the right place at the right time, materials and information are available when needed and customers remain informed about the progress of their repairs. There will inevitably be occasions when schedules change or unexpected issues arise, so we are looking for someone who can remain organised, think practically and help find solutions.
