Working for a well-established building services and maintenance company, you'll be responsible for carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across a diverse portfolio of commercial and domestic properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across commercial and domestic properties. Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations in accordance with the latest BS 7671 Wiring Regulations. Identify faults, defects, and non-compliances, providing clear recommendations for remedial works. Complete accurate certification and inspection reports using digital reporting systems.
