TWC Home Group Limited is recruiting confident, motivated people to represent our two established home-improvement brands: TWC Home Improvements and Permaframe. We are welcoming applications from people throughout our full operating territory. You will be allocated canvassing areas as close to where you live as possible.
About the Role
This is not a hard-selling position. As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you will speak with homeowners in carefully selected residential areas, introduce the services available through TWC Home Improvements or Permaframe and generate appointments for our experienced Sales Consultants. Your role is to start the conversation, establish whether the homeowner has a current or future home-improvement requirement and arrange a free, no-obligation quotation.

- Bespoke uPVC and aluminium windows
- Composite, French, patio and bi-fold doors
- Conservatories and glazed extensions
- Conservatory roof replacements and upgrades

Full product and industry training will be provided, so previous home-improvement experience is not essential.
What Does the Role Involve?
A typical working day will include:
- Working within carefully selected residential areas close to where you live
- Speaking directly with homeowners at their properties
- Introducing TWC Home Improvements or Permaframe
- Explaining the products and services available
- Identifying current or future home-improvement requirements
- Offering homeowners a free, no-obligation quotation
- Booking qualified appointments for our Sales Consultants
- Accurately recording customer and appointment information
- Representing the Group professionally and respectfully
- Working individually and as part of an established canvassing team
You will not be expected to provide quotations, take measurements or complete the sale at the door.
Earnings and Incentives
This is a performance-driven opportunity offering realistic earnings of £500–£1,000 per week. Your earnings are uncapped, meaning there is no limit on what successful canvassers can achieve. The opportunity also includes:

Where Will You Work?
Our full operating territory includes: Swindon and the wider Wiltshire area, Oxford and the wider Oxfordshire area, Gloucestershire, Bath, Frome, Somerset. Applicants are welcome from anywhere within these areas.
Who Are We Looking For?
This opportunity could suit someone with experience in canvassing, promotions, fundraising, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or another public-facing role. More importantly, you should be:
