About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant you'll be the go-to professional, from sparking conversations to understanding customers visions, and offering bespoke solutions that turn dreams into reality. Your role is crucial in our quest for exceeding customer expectations and achieving sales targets. You will:
- Responsible for meeting with homeowners in their homes or in our showroom, through qualified leads
- Be pro-active and confident in offering different suggestions and options to suit the customers needs and aspirations
- Display a genuine caring approach, which will support and help the customer to solve problems to fill the needs that their home currently lacks
- Excellent product knowledge, as well as an understanding of the wide range of features and benefits, being able to relay these to the customers
- Ability to close sales and meet sales targets to support the groups growth targets
What we are looking for:
We are looking for motivated and eager sales consultants to dive into the world of home improvement sales. Whether you have previous experience in the industry or are motivated to make a change, we will support good talent through training & development to be able to succeed in the role. Ideally you will have:
