About the role
Our client is looking for a highly organised and thorough Property Services Administrator to join their dedicated nights team. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to over 10,000 properties across the UK, including both residential and commercial sites. Whether it’s liaising with tenants, landlords, facilities managers, or engineers, you’ll be solving problems, offering reassurance, and ensuring every interaction sets the standard for world-class service.
You’ll work a fixed shift pattern of three nights on, three nights off as they provide 24/7 support to clients to keep services running seamlessly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Logging, scheduling and co-ordinating maintenance, inspections, and repair works
- Acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries, issues and service requests
- Managing and tracking service requests, prioritising urgent issues and always keeping clients updated with progress
- Resolving queries quickly and effectively, always going the extra mile
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Monitoring the status of ongoing projects and resolving operational issues as needed
- Supporting team members with additional tasks and projects as required
- Achieving key service metrics and resolving issues within client SLAs
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Problem-solving, staying calm under pressure to provide impactful solutions
