What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for fantastic account executives to build up our client services team after a bunch of new business wins. This role handles delivery and onboarding after a client win, managing the campaign from inception, discovery, asset collection through to evaluation and rebooking. You'll need to know all the stages required to deliver a great digital content campaign and stay true to our values of delivering something excellent, every time.
We’re looking for those who will create a seamless client experience, who will dig deeper and push harder to make sure the campaign delivers the best possible results. It’s not easy, it takes charm, wit and wicked organisational skills, but it’s a lot of fun, especially if you like a fast-paced environment and like to think around corners.
You’ll need to be a people person. Someone who can manage stakeholders at every level, building their trust and possessing the confidence to present ideas and push back on amends. Whether you’re coming from an account handling role in an agency or from a client-side position, you’ll use the skills you’ve developed to take responsibility for the success of campaigns and the happiness of our client partners. Digital experience is essential, including analytics and measurement to thoroughly grasp every stage of a digital campaign.
What we need:
- We’re looking for someone who’s super organised and can keep multiple campaigns and clients running (and can demonstrate how they're organised beyond a massive to-do list)
- You’ll need to know all the stages of delivering marketing/advertising campaigns
- You’ll need to know what to measure to understand whether a campaign is delivering value to the client, whether we have the data or need a third party
- We need at least 18 months previous work experience in campaign delivery, delivering marketing, advertising or digital campaigns from inception through to evaluation - and evidence thereof
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish
- Speaking to clients regularly - in person, on the phone or over video call
- Regularly communicating with clients and stakeholders by email, phone and through meetings
- Ensuring frequent contact with clients to keep campaigns on track
- Keeping clients happy and campaigns on schedule
- Working with our business development team to onboard clients
- Clearly communicating with clients so they always feel valued
- Creating project plans, managing deadlines and handling resources
- Gathering info, assets and insight for client campaigns
- Creating briefs for our studio team to produce campaigns
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying improvements
- Having an eye on industry trends and benchmarks so you know how we compare
- Retaining and rebooking clients by providing fantastic customer service
