Nabarro McAllister & Co, an established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in North Leeds (LS8), is looking for an experienced Secretary to join its busy office team.
Duties include managing diaries, arranging appointments, handling telephone enquiries, dealing with clients, audio typing, digital dictation, preparing reports and providing general secretarial and administrative support.
Applicants must have at least 2 years' relevant secretarial or administrative experience, excellent audio typing skills, strong organisational abilities and a confident, friendly telephone manner.
Audio typing experience is essential. Applicants must also live within 30 minutes' travelling distance of the office.
Salary - Circa £25,000, depending on experience.
Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility required.
Location - Leeds LS8, office-based with on-site parking.
- Audio typing and digital dictation (essential)
