About the Role
- Resolve manufacturing or fitting issues with our windows, doors, bi-folds, warm roofs and conservatory roofs
- Small amount of joinery work (skirting and laminate)
- Provide excellent Customer Service whilst at customers properties
- Responsible for ensuring quality work is carried out at all times
- Support Customer Services to assist with resolving production issues as and when required
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in all aspects of warm roofs, conservatories, windows, and doors
- Previous joinery experience in fitting skirting and laminate flooring
- The ability to fit any miscellaneous hardware or fittings that may be required such as handles, hinges, glazing, letterboxes etc
- Excellent product knowledge
- Full UK Driving Licence required
