Looking for a delivery driving role with manageable routes, regular hours and no overnight stays? This is not a 60-drops-a-day parcel job. You will make up to 20 planned deliveries of LPG cylinders and solid fuel to homes and businesses, combining safe driving with friendly, personal customer service. Based at our Stockton on the Forest depot, you will deliver to customers across Leeds, Harrogate and York.

Responsibilities:
- Driving a 3.5T or 7.5T vehicle to deliver LPG cylinders and solid fuel safely to homes and businesses
- Loading and unloading your vehicle safely and helping colleagues when needed
- Following your delivery manifest and helping to plan efficient local routes
- Completing daily vehicle checks and following all required safety procedures
- Collecting payments and maintaining clear and accurate delivery records
- Providing friendly, practical customer service, including helping customers with cylinder connections
- Supporting the warehouse team when required
Routes are kept manageable, with no more than 20 drops per day and no overnight stays.
The ideal candidate:
- A full UK driving licence
- At least two years experience driving a goods vehicle
- Category C1/7.5T entitlement would be advantageous and will be paid accordingly
- The physical fitness and confidence required for regular manual handling
- A reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused approach
- Good organisation, a safety-conscious attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- FLT training would be helpful but is not essential.
You do not need to hold an ADR qualification when you apply, as fully funded ADR training will be provided.
