- Executive Strategy - Sit on the SLT, contribute to daily operational huddles, and shape a practical People Strategy which fits with our aims and business objectives
- Direct Talent Acquisition - Take personal charge of recruitment—drafting adverts, managing agency partners, building talent pipelines and ensuring cost and process efficiencies
- Employee Relations - Implementation of employee policies and procedures and managing HR casework.
- Operations & Policy Update employee handbooks, implement policies, manage the company-wide staff training budget and maintain a visible presence across our Hull, Scunthorpe, and Grimsby sites.

- IT literate with an inquisitive approach to using AI and digital HR tools
- Commercially minded – if you have workforce planning knowledge this would be a bonus
- High emotional intelligence, self motivated with a good sense of humour
- Clean driving licence for travel to our sites
