Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys working with customers and turning their ideas into reality?
We are looking for Sales Consultants to join our team in Hayle, covering customers across Cornwall and the South West.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established home improvements business, with fully qualified leads and appointments provided , uncapped commission and all the training and tools you need to succeed.
You'll be helping homeowners find the right solutions for their property, from windows and doors through to conservatories and other home improvement products.
The RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you'll work with customers to understand what they are looking to achieve and recommend solutions that suit their home, requirements and budget.
Your role will include: Meeting customers and discussing their home improvement requirementsAdvising on suitable windows, doors, conservatories and related productsTurning fully qualified leads and appointments into salesProviding a professional and consultative customer experiencePreparing tailored designs and quotationsUsing the latest sales technology and presentation toolsBuilding strong relationships with customers throughout the sales processDeveloping your product knowledge through ongoing training and supportWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is confident, personable and motivated by achieving results.
You may already have experience within windows, doors, glazing or home improvements, but this isn't essential as full product training will be provided .You'll ideally have: Previous sales or customer-facing experienceA confident and professional approachExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to understand what a customer wants and recommend the right solutionA genuine drive to achieve sales and maximise earning potentialGood organisation and time management skillsAn interest in home improvements, property or designThe ability to work independently and manage customer appointments effectivelyExperience within home improvements, glazing, kitchens, bathrooms, interiors or another consultative sales environment would be an advantage.
