Machine Tool Technologies (MTT) in Chorley, Lancashire, is seeking a Spindle Engineering Manager / Spindle Technical Specialist to lead the Spindle Rebuild Team on site and oversee spindle diagnostics, repairs and rebuilds for all machine tool types.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage a small team of two technicians, plan workloads, provide technical leadership, estimate costs, ensure quality, and drive safety and continuous improvement across the department.
