Within our offices in London, Chester and Los Angeles and Europe, Equals comprises of three business lines and brands - Equals Money, FairFX and CardOneMoney. You will join a very close-knit, talented and supportive team from various backgrounds who believe that bringing different perspectives together helps us understand our customers' needs. About the role: Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, this role leads all external and internal communications owning outcomes most closely linked to awareness, consideration and preference for employees, clients and prospects. The role will have influence over the ideation, design, production and delivery of core communications across the entire business, helping strengthen the brand reputation and driving clarity of benefits, ultimately driving positive engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivery of the Communication roadmap for internal and external engagement
- Delivering impactful industry and client research, insights, points of view and content via both proactive and re-active publicity in partnership with our PR agency
- Creation and execution of an exec advocacy program that complements the broader communications roadmap
