Equals Railsr is hiring a Revenue Enablement Manager to ensure all revenue-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) are trained, aligned, and operating effectively across the end-to-end revenue lifecycle. Reporting into the Head of Revenue Operations, you will partner with the rest of the Revenue Operations team to make sure new systems, processes, and motions are successfully adopted. This is a strategic yet operational role, focused on scaling commercial capabilities and improving efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Build and maintain playbooks, process documentation, and training content that reflect GTM motions
  • Partner with the rest of the Revenue Operations team to drive adoption of new tools and processes across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Identify skill, process, and knowledge gaps and implement targeted improvements across teams
  • Provide structured insights and feedback to leadership on performance, skill gaps, and process improvements
  • Accountable for enablement effectiveness, measured through adoption, productivity gains, reduced time-to-competency, and contribution to pipeline progression and deal quality
  • Provide feedback to RevOps and GTM teams to improve processes, workflows, and system designs
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales Enablement
  • Experience designing training programs, onboarding frameworks, and playbooks
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Comfortable partnering with both technical (CRM/Systems) and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in a fintech environment
