About The Role

The Implementation Manager is a mid‑level position at Equals Money, responsible for delivering a world‑class onboarding experience for our Platform‑as‑a‑Service customers. The role combines strong technical skills, project management, and the ability to build foundational relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Completing post‑sale onboarding tasks and leading customers through our implementation processes, including setting up test systems.
  • Creating and tracking implementation task lists and plans based on agreed services and client objectives, and driving those plans to completion.
  • Planning and managing customer integration project timelines from kick‑off to completion.
  • Leading weekly integration progress calls, maintaining clear agendas and following up on action points to maintain momentum.
  • Building strong cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Product, and Support teams to maximise the value of our API offering.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to help customers go live and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Acting as the liaison between business users, technology teams, and support teams during project delivery.

Essential Skills

  • Experience developing relationships with customer technical teams in a software product company environment.
  • Confidence in scoping requirements and communicating technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customer‑centric focus on implementation, support and best practices.
  • Ability to manage numerous stakeholders with varying priorities and seniority levels.
  • Advocacy for clients while balancing the best outcomes for the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to all audiences.
  • Clear, concise documentation of complex processes.
  • Quick learning with new systems and technologies.

Desirable Skills
