We have offices across the UK and Europe and we’re expanding. About the role

Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, this role leads all external and internal communications owning outcomes most closely linked to awareness, consideration and preference for employees, clients and prospects. The role will have influence over the ideation, design, production and delivery of core communications across the entire business, helping strengthen the brand reputation and driving clarity of benefits, ultimately driving positive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivery of the Communication roadmap for internal and external engagement
  • Delivering impactful industry and client research, insights, points of view and content via both proactive and re-active publicity in partnership with our PR agency
  • Conception of brand campaigns across our key customer verticals, plus employees and partners
  • Creation and execution of an exec advocacy program that complements the broader communications roadmap

  • Mastery of the nuances between digital and traditional media

  • Experience or a keen interest in public affairs / government relations within fintech
