- Build and maintain reporting on pipeline, conversion, and commercial performance, ensuring data is accurate and trusted
- Help maintain data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM, ideally in a scale‑up or evolving GTM environment
- Understanding of the end‑to‑end revenue journey (lead → opportunity → customer)
- Experience with data enrichment, automation and CPQ tools (Cognism, 6sense, Sales Navigator, HubSpot commerce hub)
- Comfortable working in environments where commercial processes and systems are evolving
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn complex requirements into practical system solutions
- Confident working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
