The Events Executive plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end event lifecycle, providing the logistical backbone and creative support needed to turn ambitious concepts into seamless reality.
Who you are
You’re a natural communicator, comfortable liaising with external suppliers, internal stakeholders, and high-profile attendees alike. You have a “no task too small” mindset, with a passion for the fine details that make an event truly stand out. Experience in a fast‑paced environment (0-1 years) is a plus, but your drive, resourcefulness, and “can‑do” attitude matter most.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Events Manager to research and evaluate venues that align with our strategic objectives and budget.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics, including managing invitations, tracking RSVPs, and acting as the primary point of contact for attendee queries.
- Manage merchandise and collateral, ensuring all branded materials are ordered, quality‑checked, and delivered on time for every event.
- Liaise with external suppliers (caterers, AV teams, and photographers) to confirm requirements and ensure seamless on‑site delivery.
- Provide hands‑on support during events, leading on registration, attendee hosting, and the setup/teardown process.
- Drive event promotion by drafting engaging social media content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement to build pre‑event buzz.
- Support client gifting initiatives, managing the execution of hospitality and bespoke gifting from concept to delivery.
- Oversee travel and accommodation, managing complex itineraries for speakers and internal teams to ensure a frictionless experience.
- Contribute to copywriting, providing creative input for event descriptions, email invitations, and website content.

- Resourceful and proactive—you don’t wait for instructions when you see a problem that needs solving.
