Equals Group PLC is seeking a Head of Management Accounting to own the month-end and year-end close, manage the transactional finance engine, and publish a robust set of management accounts across entities. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead a mid-senior team, drive controls, and deliver timely, accurate numbers to support decisions.
You will oversee AP, AR and Payroll workflows, enforce PO disciplines, and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
