Job Description
As Executive Support Manager / Business Support Manager / Executive Office Manager you will play a critical role supporting the Managing Director in day‑to‑day operations, focusing on resource allocation, financial oversight, continuous improvement, project management, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration and
Management: oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, facility maintenance, office policies, IT coordination, budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: develop recruitment strategies, manage screening, interviews, onboarding, HR collaboration, talent pipeline, and cultural initiatives.
- Contract Management: prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and monitoring performance.
- Project Management: oversee planning, execution, completion, implement best practices, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Excellent administrative skills – accuracy, proof‑checking, version control, and attention to detail.
