About Equals

Equals is the next-generation global money movement platform built for exceptional businesses operating across borders.

We bring international payments, embedded finance, and more together into a single connection that simplifies operations and strengthens financial control.

With deep expertise and integrated infrastructure, Equals turns financial complexity into reliable solutions.

With our headquarters in London and teams around the UK and Europe, you will join a very close-knit, talented and supportive team from various backgrounds who believe that bringing different perspectives together helps us understand our customers' needs.

United, by one thing, making money management straightforward and cost-effective for our customers.

About the role

As we enter our next phase of growth at Equals, we are looking for an exceptional Revenue Operations Lead to own the engine room behind our revenue: the data, the forecasting and the reporting that let one commercial team run on one trusted set of numbers.

Reporting to the SVP Commercial Strategy, GTM & Revenue Operations, this role is the impartial custodian of the revenue numbers for both Sales and Finance, so the numbers the revenue side runs on are owned by someone with no deal to win.

It is central to our growth ambition: a business that knows and trusts its numbers can plan, forecast and move fast.

About you

You are a high-calibre revenue operations professional who brings real intensity to the work.

This is a step-change hire: we are looking for someone to raise the bar of everyone around them.

You are relentless about accuracy.

You chase a forecast or data discrepancy down until the single source of truth is trusted again, and you never let the numbers drift.

You are equal parts tactical and strategic: you own delivery and you set direction.

You build agent-first, using automation to keep data clean and surface risk so the team spends its time on analysis, not admin.

You close the gap between deciding and acting in hours, not weeks, and you thrive in a fast-moving, scaling environment where the systems are still being built, iterated and deployed.

You will work closely with the GTM team, revenue SVPs, Finance and the GTM Systems / Product team (who own and administer the CRM), as well as the wider commercial team.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the single source of truth for pipeline, revenue and forecast, reconciling to the number that Finance and the Board see.
  • Run the weekly forecast cadence and own the forecast-accuracy measure; surface pipeline risk weeks out, not at quarter-end.
  • Own commercial data quality and pipeline hygiene: partner with the GTM Systems / Product team to define the data standards, deal-stage discipline and fields that keep the forecast honest, and hold the commercial team to them.
  • Build and own commercial reporting: pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, productivity per rep, and segment and vertical scorecards.
  • Partner with the GTM Systems / Product team on the move onto one system, setting the reporting and forecasting requirements and driving commercial adoption of it.
  • Own the definitions behind the commercial numbers: how revenue is categorised (setup fee, monthly recurring and transactional) and a single, consistent segment and vertical taxonomy.

Keep these documented and applied the same way across every report and forecast, and work with the GTM Systems / Product team to reflect them in the CRM.

  • Use agents and automation to keep commercial data clean and surface risk, freeing time for analysis rather than admin.
  • Partner with Finance so the commercial number and the finance number never diverge.
  • Set the KPIs for your remit with the SVP and identify the projects that most move the revenue number.
  • Accountabilities
  • Forecast accuracy against target, reviewed every week.
  • The integrity of the single source of truth for pipeline, revenue and forecast.
  • Commercial data quality and pipeline hygiene (the CRM is built and administered by the GTM Systems / Product team).
  • Reporting that triggers action with a named owner, not reports that die on a slide.

Essential Skills

  • A proven, evidenced track record in revenue, sales or commercial operations in a B2B business.
  • Evidence of owning the number in a high-growth or post-merger environment where the data was broken and you fixed it.
  • A confident CRM power-user (ideally Hub Spot): fluent in pipeline reporting, deal-stage logic and data governance, and able to set clear requirements for the team that builds and administers it.
  • Strong data and analytical skills: advanced Excel / Google Sheets, BI and reporting tools (e. g. Power BI, Tableau or Looker), and CRM and revenue-intelligence platforms.
  • A bar-raiser who brings relentless intensity, owns discrepancies until they are resolved, and lifts the standard of those around them.
  • Builds agent-first, embedding automation that keeps data clean and surfaces risk.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in payments, fintech or Saa S.
  • Experience owning a forecasting model or commercial data stack through a period of scale or integration.
  • Degree in a numerate discipline; a commercial-finance or revenue-analytics background.
  • Experience embedding AI/agent tooling into a commercial operation.
  • Diversity & inclusion
