We’re Equality Homecare, a domiciliary care service in Stockport providing a range of care and support services for adults of all ages, including those with mental health conditions, dementia, and physical disabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
No previous experience or qualifications are required. We will provide the training needed for you to become an excellent care worker. We are looking for individuals with a commitment to quality, a respect for dignity and independence, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Support personal care to help residents remain independent at home
- Prepare meals, perform light domestic duties, and provide shopping support
- Prompt medication administration and assist with other care tasks
- Participate in a wide range of activities that support residents’ health and wellbeing, such as arts and crafts, watching football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions
Shift Patterns
Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Flexible work schedule with 8‑hour shift patterns (day shift, afternoon shift, late evening shift). Holidays: Monday to Friday with weekend availability required.
