Equaliser is hiring a Senior Paid Media Consultant to lead strategy and client partnerships across a varied portfolio of brands. This is a senior role for someone who brings strong strategic thinking, clear communication, and a clear focus on driving performance across both Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.
You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy, guide channel leads, and play a key role in delivering meaningful, measurable results. You’ll also help shape how we operate – from delivery models to tools and client process.
We’re currently a remote-first team, with plans to establish a Manchester office later this year. The role will remain remote-friendly, with optional office time once open.

Key Accountabilities- Lead client relationships. Act as the senior strategic voice across key accounts
- Translate business objectives into effective Paid Search and Paid Social strategies
- Guide channel specialists to ensure strong execution and alignment to priorities
- Identify growth opportunities – from campaign scaling to new launches
- Support business development and pitch responses
- Deliver clear, insight-led reporting and performance commentary
- Continuously optimise account performance and improve client product strategy
- Lead onboarding for new clients, including discovery, scoping and early strategy
- Support internal knowledge sharing, mentoring and upskilling
- Contribute to evolving our delivery approach – shaping tools, workflows and best practice
- 6+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally with a background in agency or consultancy work
- Proven ability to manage monthly budgets of £300k+ across multiple platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and modern tracking/measurement
- Strong stakeholder management – confident working with senior marketers and leadership teams
- Outcome-based approach with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience guiding, managing or mentoring others
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with channel specialists
- A proactive approach, growth mindset and strong attention to detail
- £50–60k salary depending on experience
