Please note: This is a proactive campaign to build our talent pipeline. We are seeking Secondary English Teachers to join our pool. Our partner provides a rich, inclusive curriculum and a purpose-built platform, allowing you to deliver real impact through high-fidelity, live digital instruction from the comfort of your home office. During the application process, we will ask qualifying questions to determine which employment type (employed or contractor) and working hours (ideally a minimum of 3-4 days per week) best suit you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging English Literature and Language lessons to secondary-aged students online.
- Nurture the emotional, intellectual, and creative wellbeing of all students.
- Utilise assessment data effectively to drive progress, engagement, and provision.
- Champion a culture of safeguarding and positive behaviour management.
Requirements
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong experience teaching English at a Secondary level.
- Ideally hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Must provide a current international police clearance for any periods spent working abroad within the last 5 years.
- Powerful communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team.
- Dynamic and adaptable, with a strong understanding of evidence-informed teaching strategies.
- Confidence in using technology and adapting to a purpose-built 'Learning Cloud.'
- Dedicated to continuous improvement and embracing feedback.
