Equal Teaching is seeking an ALN Teaching Assistant to support learners with additional learning needs in a Further Education setting. You will help learners build confidence, independence and essential study skills, working 1:1 and in small groups under the direction of lecturers and tutors.
With a patient, empathetic approach and good teamwork, you will adapt teaching materials, monitor progress and assist with personal care where required.
