YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Oversee commercial management of live projects across civils and construction
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and accounts
  • Submit valuations, variations, and monthly cost reports
  • Build strong working relationships with Contracts Managers and site teams
  • Identify and manage commercial risks
  • Support and mentor junior QSs working on your schemes
  • Ensure all work aligns with internal policies and procedures

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Must have a solid work history with experience ideally across both civils and build
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
  • Confident in tendering, pricing variations, and managing subcontract packages
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
