YOUR NEW ROLE
- Oversee commercial management of live projects across civils and construction
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and accounts
- Submit valuations, variations, and monthly cost reports
- Build strong working relationships with Contracts Managers and site teams
- Identify and manage commercial risks
- Support and mentor junior QSs working on your schemes
- Ensure all work aligns with internal policies and procedures
ABOUT YOU
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Must have a solid work history with experience ideally across both civils and build
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Confident in tendering, pricing variations, and managing subcontract packages
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
