HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer £50,000 - £60,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime + Company Van North West London (Mobile Role) Full-Time, Permanent Our client is a growing HVAC and building services specialist with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality service, maintenance and installation solutions across London and the South East. As a result of continued contract growth, they are seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer to join their mobile engineering team. The role offers a varied workload across multiple sectors, excellent earning potential through overtime and door-to-door pay, and the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive, forward-thinking business. YOUR NEW ROLE Working as part of a specialist engineering team, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple client sites. The role is predominantly London-based, with occasional travel further afield to support projects and key customer requirements. Key Responsibilities * Service, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns * Diagnose faults and complete remedial works efficiently * Undertake commissioning and installation works when required * Complete all service documentation and reports accurately * Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures * Deliver a high standard of customer service on site * Liaise with clients, subcontractors and colleagues effectively Equipment & Systems * Air conditioning systems * VRV / VRF systems * Split and multi-split systems * Chilled water systems * Commercial refrigeration systems * Chillers and condensers * Cold rooms and freezer units * Gas-fired heating systems * Boilers and water heaters * Associated mechanical plant and equipment ABOUT YOU Essential * Proven experience within HVAC and/or refrigeration engineering * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Experience working within commercial environments * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload * Full UK Driving Licence Desirable * F-Gas Certification * Gas Safe Registration * Experience working across commercial, residential or hospitality sectors SALARY AND BENEFITS Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience Door-to-door travel paid Overtime opportunities Fully equipped company van with personal use Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and experienced engineering team Long-term career prospects with a growing organisation Diverse workload across a broad range of sites and systems Apply Now If you're an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer looking for a mobile role offering excellent earning potential, job security and exposure to a wide variety of systems, we'd like to hear from you.
