You will be joining a top-class building and civils company as a Site Engineer covering the areas of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. Playing a key role within the team, we are looking for Site Engineers with at least five years of experience in residential projects with extensive groundworks. Read and interpret construction drawings – provide clear guidance on layouts and material measurements, ensuring every detail aligns with project specifications Ensure the setting out is precise by establishing accurate lines, levels, and reference points on site, which serve as critical benchmarks for the construction process Proactively influence site progress and coordinate activities effectively to ensure that project deadlines are consistently met Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients and subcontractors Work closely with team members to guarantee that all Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards are strictly adhered to during every phase of the project Oversee the maintenance and integrity of the Management System to make sure all policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively implemented throughout the company Demonstrate the ability to use your initiative and take accountability for a project from inception to completion Hold a degree in Construction Engineering and Management or a related field A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required Experience in residential construction projects would be required from all applicants Strong numeracy and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel, are necessary A full UK driving license is essential Basic salary from £48,000 – £55,000 – depending upon experience and qualifications ~ Company van ~ Bonus (performance related) ~ Private Medical Insurance ~ Life Insurance ~ Continued training and development ~30 days annual leave ~ Your application implies your consent for us to process your data and communicate with you concerning this application and associated services, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
