Responsibilities include:

About You:

  • Direct experience in plant supply services for civil engineering (Essential)
  • A strong track record in business development, sales, or account management, particularly within the plant supply sector for civil engineering or construction
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Independent initiative with the ability to work both autonomously and as a key team member
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite

Salary and Benefits:

  • £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
  • Company Van
