YOUR NEW ROLE
- Lead design from bid through handover.
- Own compliance, buildability, cost control and technical clarity.
- Drive design programmes, coordinate consultants, resolve interfaces and keep delivery moving.
- Leading design governance and risk management.
- Coordinating consultants + subcontractors.
- Ensuring buildable, cost-effective, compliant design.
- Supporting construction teams with technical clarity.
- Overseeing as-built + O&M documentation.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong design management experience (pre-con + delivery).
- Solid technical understanding of construction + engineering.
- Confident managing design reviews, approvals and programmes.
- Knowledge of Building Regs + CDM.
- Value engineering mindset.
- RIBA / CIOB / ICE or equivalent.
- Degree-qualified + SMSTS + CSCS (Black preferred).
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- £60,000 - £70,000.
