You will be joining a growing civil engineering consultancy that delivers development-led infrastructure projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. The team is expanding due to sustained project wins, creating a genuine opportunity for someone who wants ownership, progression and a varied workload.
YOUR NEW ROLE
- Lead the design of drainage, highways, external works and development infrastructure
- Oversee projects from early feasibility through planning and technical approval
- Coordinate with internal disciplines, external consultants and project stakeholders
- Review and sign off technical designs, drawings and reports
- Mentor junior engineers and support capability development within the team
- Prepare fee proposals and contribute to client relationship management
- Attend meetings and occasional site visits as required
ABOUT YOU
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
- IEng or working towards (desirable)
- 5 years experience in a consultancy environment
- Strong background in development infrastructure design
- Proficient with AutoCAD and 3D design software (Site3D, Civil 3D or similar)
- Solid understanding of SuDS, Building Regulations, MfS, DMRB and relevant standards

SALARY & BENEFITS
- £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
