ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
- Preparing cost plans, BOQs and budget appraisals
- Managing valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts
- Handling claims, loss & expense, and contract admin
- Running tender processes and producing tender reports
- Chairing project meetings and leading client communication
- Carrying out site inspections, progress checks, and snagging
- Acting as Employers Agent and/or Project Manager
ABOUT YOU
- Experience as a QS, PQS or Project Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of cost management and contracts
- Confidence leading meetings and managing clients
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping standards
- RICS qualified or working towards (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
