We are looking for an MRICS or AssocRICS Building Surveyor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience to work independently across a broad mix of residential and commercial projects. You will work independently across a broad range of residential and commercial properties throughout Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth, the New Forest, and occasional UK-wide sites.
- Building and condition surveys
- Structural inspections
- Managing small-works projects, including JCT contract administration
- Strong technical knowledge of building pathology and regulations
- Full UK driving licence
