A specialist manufacturing and installation business is seeking an office-based Estimator to support day-to-day project pricing across commercial and industrial environments. This role focuses on producing accurate, timely quotations and working closely with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.
YOUR NEW ROLE
- Prepare accurate quotations across multiple projects
- Review drawings/specifications and clarify missing details
- Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Compare supplier/subcontractor pricing
- Maintain cost databases and project documentation
- Support senior estimators with tenders and project handovers
ABOUT YOU
- Background in mechanical/electrical estimating (experience or education)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator, proactive problem-solver
- Organised, able to manage multiple projects
- Competent with Microsoft Excel; willing to learn estimating software
- Technical knowledge of specialist products is helpful but not essential
