YOUR NEW ROLE
You’ll be the driving force behind the project’s commercial strategy, leading procurement, managing subcontractors, delivering CVRs, valuations, and forecasts with precision. You’ll oversee risk mitigation and ensure financial controls are watertight throughout. Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors, you’ll provide clarity and direction, owning the commercial narrative both onsite and in client-facing settings. ABOUT YOU
- A degree, HND, or equivalent experience in quantity surveying or commercial management
- Proven track record as a Senior QS or Commercial Manager on complex schemes
- Strong command of contract administration and current health and safety legislation
- A sharp commercial mind, equally at home leading a team, presenting to clients, and getting into the details on Excel
- You’re someone people trust to lead and deliver
