Position: Manager, Advice and Advocacy
Reporting to: CEO
Location: St Vedast Street, Norwich, with operational responsibilities in East Anglia. Hybrid working considered.
Salary: Starting at £29,936.51 during probation, rising to £32,539.69 upon successful completion, with potential to reach £35,142.86 with additional responsibilities per annum (Band 5).
Hours: Full-time, 08:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and oversee our newly integrated Advice and Advocacy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams within the third sector, a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Disabled individuals, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support our Advice and Advocacy teams through a transformative period, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that meet the diverse needs of our community.
