Join Equal Education Partners β Empower, Support, and Make a Difference! Equal Education Partners is seeking passionate and dedicated Welsh-speaking Supply Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team. These roles will be based in our partner schools across the Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot areas, supporting primary pupils in Key Stages 1 and 2, or secondary pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4. We collaborate closely with schools in the region to provide high-quality support, offering both short-term and long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities
Support pupils in primary or secondary settings as needed, in line with Key Stages 1β4, working to promote a safe and positive learning environment. Provide Welsh language support where required and contribute to safeguarding and pupil well-being under the guidance of school staff.
Qualifications
What Are We Looking For: To join us as a Teaching Assistant, you should: Have experience working with children Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to process a new one Be eligible to work in the UK Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills Be committed to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of children
