Equal Education Partners have got a variety of opportunities right now in the educational sector for a strong Welsh Speaking Teacher, to cover either long term contracts or we have ad-hoc opportunities throughout the week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and innovative lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in line with the Welsh curriculum.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Inspiring students to develop their creativity.
- Assessing student performance and providing feedback.
- Welcoming students and creating a positive atmosphere in the classroom.
- Contributing to curriculum planning and delivery within the Welsh department.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Embracing the Welsh language ethos of the school.

Requirements
To apply for the Secondary School Welsh Speaking Teacher position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have relevant teaching qualifications.
- Have experience in teaching Welsh.
- Possess an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one through our service.
- Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Exhibit excellent communication and classroom management skills.
