Join us at Equal Education Partners for an exciting opportunity as a Welsh Speaking Learning Support Assistant (LSA) specializing in ALN (Additional Learning Needs) at a vibrant primary school in Lampeter. This role involves supporting pupils in KS1 and KS2, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally, within a warm and inclusive environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with ALN both inside and outside the classroom
- Supporting the implementation of individual learning plans and strategies
- Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment
- Helping students develop social, emotional, and academic skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
