Equal Education Partners is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants across South West Wales!
If you have a passion for supporting children in their educational journey, this is the role for you! You will be working in a school environment where teamwork and communication are key. You’ll assist primary school teachers in delivering lessons and helping students reach their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Assisting students during lessons and providing 1:1 support as needed.
- Encouraging students to engage with learning while fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Supporting the teacher in managing classroom behaviour effectively.

To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- A positive and friendly demeanour that encourages students to learn.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and fellow staff.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to obtain one.
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales, or the willingness to register.
- Valid UK Right to Work.
- Competitive rates of pay (minimum £77 a day in line with with Teaching Assistant Main Pay Scales).
