Overview
Equal Education Partners is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants across South West Wales. If you have a passion for supporting children in their educational journey, this is the role for you. You will be working in a school environment where teamwork and communication are key, assisting primary school teachers in delivering lessons and helping students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Assisting students during lessons and providing 1:1 support as needed.
- Encouraging students to engage with learning while fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Supporting the teacher in managing classroom behaviour effectively.

Requirements
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting.

- A valid Enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to obtain one.
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales, or the willingness to register.
- Valid UK Right to Work.
