About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and help every child reach their potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom tasks
  • Help pupils stay focused, engaged, and motivated during lessons
  • Deliver one-to-one or small group support as needed
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and wellbeing
  • Maintain strong safeguarding practices and ensure pupil safety

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience working with children or young people (in a classroom, care, youth work, tutoring, sports coaching, etc.)
  • A positive, patient, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
  • Legal right to work in the UK and currently living in the UK
