Ydych chi\’n angerddol dros addysg a grymuso dysgwyr? Mae Academi Seren Llywodraeth Cymru yn sefydlu Tîm Cyflawni newydd i Gymru. Bydd y tîm cyflawni yn cynnwys chwech rheolwr cyflawni a fydd yn cydweithio i ddarparu cynnig Seren Cymru gyfan i\’n dysgwyr disgleiriaf yng Nghymru.

Gweledigaeth Academi Seren yw i ddysgwyr, waeth beth fo\’u cefndir economaidd-gymdeithasol, gael yr uchelgais, y gallu a\’r chwilfrydedd i gyflawni eu potensial a rhagori yn nodau addysgol y dyfodol ar y lefel uchaf.
Y genhadaeth yw i gefnogi dysgwyr Seren wrth iddynt geisio rhagori drwy dri amcan strategol:
- Tanio chwilfrydedd a chymhelliant dysgwyr ar gyfer eu dysgu
- Grymuso dysgwyr i wneud dewisiadau uchelgeisiol, gwybodus am eu llwybr addysgol yn y dyfodol.
- Datblygu gallu dysgwyr i gyrraedd eu potensial a llwyddo mewn prifysgolion blaenllaw iawn
Mae Academi Seren yn darparu rhaglen o gefnogaeth arbenigol a anelir at anghenion ein dysgwyr disgleiriaf ac yn darparu rhaglen hybrid o weithgareddau gorgyrsiol i ymestyn a herio dysgwyr, sy\’n datblygu o Flwyddyn 8 i Flwyddyn 13.

Pwrpas y swydd hon yw i:
- Ymgysylltu gyda a magu perthnasau gyda\’ch ysgolion a cholegau AB dynodedig a\’u cefnogi i ddethol y dysgwyr priodol ar gyfer Academi Seren
- Fod yn wyneb i Seren ar gyfer eich canolfannau dynodedig, gan ateb cwestiynau, darparu cyfleoedd yn yr ardal leol i ddysgwyr gael ymgysylltu gyda\’i gilydd, codi uchelgeisiau a hunaneffeithiolrwydd dysgwyr i anelu\’n uchel
- Sicrhau bod y dysgwyr a\’r canolfannau yn ymwybodol o\’r holl gyfleoedd, gweithgareddau a\’r profiadau sydd ar gael iddynt fel rhan o\’r academi.
- Fanteisio ar yr adnoddau sydd ar gael i ysbrydoli dysgwyr a\’u dyheadau am eu dyfodol
- Ddathlu llwyddiannau dysgwyr a\’u canolfannau.
Y cyfrifoldebau yw i:
- Sicrhau bod yr holl ddysgwyr Seren a nodir wedi cofrestru gyda\’r academi
- Gadw at reoliadau diogelu ar gyfer y grwpiau oedran gwahanol
- Weithio ar draws y tîm cyflawni i ddarparu cynnig Cymru gyfan gydgysylltiedig i ddysgwyr
- Ymgysylltu gyda dysgwyr i\’w hysbysu o\’r cyfleoedd sydd ar gael iddynt, sut a phryd i wneud y penderfyniadau cywir ac agor drysau iddynt ymgysylltu gyda\’r bobl, sefydliadau ac adnoddau cywir i gefnogi eu llwybrau o ddewis
- Annog dysgwyr i ymgysylltu gydag adeiladu\’r sgiliau angenrheidiol ar gyfer y cyrchfan o\’u dewis.
- Adnabod anghenion y dysgwyr o fewn eich canolfannau dynodedig a gweithio gyda\’r tîm i gydweithio ar gyfleoedd
- Ddod ag athrawon eich canolfannau dynodedig at ei gilydd i gydweithio ar gyfleoedd
- Ymgysylltu gyda a hysbysu rhieni/gofalwyr Seren am sut allant gefnogi eu plentyn y ffordd orau.
- Bod yn rhagweithiol o fewn y tîm i gefnogi eraill a rhannu gwybodaeth arbenigol ac arferion da.
- Nodi enghreifftiau o ddarpariaeth dda ac astudiaethau achos i ddathlu llwyddiannau
