Equal Education Partners is seeking dedicated and passionate Primary and Secondary School Supply Teachers to join our team. We work closely with primary and secondary schools across South West Wales, providing flexible supply teaching placements to meet their varied needs.
As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences in different educational settings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Primary School Supply Teacher Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging lessons across Foundation Phase, KS1, and KS2, in alignment with the national curriculum
- Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, supportive learning environment
- Planning lessons when required and ensuring continuity of learning
- Building rapport with students and fostering their academic and personal growth
- Delivering engaging lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5 in alignment with the national curriculum

Requirements
- Hold a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Have valid UK Right to Work
- Possess an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to have one processed
- Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments
