Equal Education Partners is seeking dedicated and passionate Primary and Secondary School Supply Teachers to join our team. We work closely with primary and secondary schools across South West Wales, providing flexible supply teaching placements to meet their varied needs. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students\’ learning experiences in different educational settings.
Responsibilities
- Primary School Supply Teacher: Deliver engaging lessons across Foundation Phase, KS1, and KS2, in alignment with the national curriculum.
- Primary School Supply Teacher: Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
- Primary School Supply Teacher: Plan lessons when required and ensure continuity of learning.
- Primary School Supply Teacher: Build rapport with students and foster their academic and personal growth.
- Secondary School Supply Teacher: Deliver engaging lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5 in alignment with the national curriculum.
- Secondary School Supply Teacher: Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
- Secondary School Supply Teacher: Plan lessons when required and ensure continuity of learning.
- Secondary School Supply Teacher: Build rapport with students and foster their academic and personal growth.

Requirements
- Hold a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Have valid UK Right to Work.

- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
