Equal Education Partners is seeking confident, motivated, and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Llanelli and the wider Carmarthenshire area.

🧑🏫 What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising classes during teacher absence
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
- Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged
- Supporting a wide range of subjects across the curriculum
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders
- Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Experience working with children or young people (school, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
- Confidence managing a classroom
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A calm, professional and flexible approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
- Right to work in the UK and currently based here
