Right now, we’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisor to join one of our wonderful partner secondary schools.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be stepping into the classroom when the teacher is away, making sure lessons run smoothly and that learners stay engaged and on track.

Think of yourself as the friendly, reliable face who keeps the classroom buzzing with positivity and curiosity!

Your main responsibilities will include

• Supervising and supporting students during lessons
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and keeping everyone on task
• Encouraging participation and celebrating effort
• Managing classroom behaviour with warmth and confidence
• Supporting individual learning needs
• Ensuring pupil well-being and safeguarding at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Welsh speaker (spoken and written) – this role is all about supporting Welsh-medium learning
• Friendly, confident, and adaptable
• Great communication and people skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and love for working with young people
• Experience in schools or youth settings is ideal (but we’ll support you if you’re new to it!)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligible to work in the UK
