We are seeking caring, empathetic Welsh speakers to support children in primary and secondary schools across Caerphilly and Cardiff. In this role, you will:

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in executing lessons and classroom activities
- Motivate students to stay engaged and focused during lessons
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere
- Monitor and support the progress and wellbeing of students
- Comply with safeguarding standards to ensure student safety
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Welsh - essential for working in Welsh-medium schools
- A caring and patient approach to supporting young learners
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with pupils and staff
- Experience in education or working with children
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
- Right to work and reside in the UK
